The Community Crisis Center provides assessment and referral services to people in crisis who need access to integrated mental health care, chemical dependency help, and social services. It is a collaboration of Billings Clinic, RiverStone Health, the Mental Health Center, and St. Vincent Healthcare. The crisis intervention services are provided in a safe facility open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a years. The Community Crisis Center follows a "No Wrong Door" philosophy; they will triage clients and refer them to the appropriate services. The Center's guiding principles include: a welcoming attitude, accessibility and providing integrated and continuous access to services.
